Last year, I was really struggling with mood and my doctor recommended I get a Happy Light to use for a minimum of 5 minutes right when I wake up. Much to my shock, it made a big difference for me!
Living in the PNW means a lot of gloomy, overcast days. And while I don’t mind it, it began taking a big toll on my mood. But with 5 minutes in front of my Happy Light each morning while I plan my day, I immediately noticed increased energy, better mood and overall feeling more myself.
The varying light settings between bright and dim + the ability to shift between warm and cool light are some of my favorite features. I actually love it so much that I typically keep it on whenever I’m at my computer working, as well.
